The 8th CAU Field Training Program Concludes
At the Start of Autumn 2026, the 8th field training program jointly run by China Agricultural University (CAU) and Baier Testing has come to a successful close. To review training outcomes and inspire young students, the company held a closing ceremony. Chaired by the Deputy General Manager of Baier Testing, the meeting extended warm congratulations to all students for completing their training, and expressed sincere gratitude to China Agricultural University for its long‑term support for university‑enterprise cooperation and talent development.
During the program, CAU students worked on the front lines of food testing, taking part in field sampling, sample preparation, laboratory testing, data sorting and research projects. Amid scorching summer heat, the students remained diligent and committed, performing their duties carefully at sampling sites and conducting rigorous experiments with dedication in laboratories. Evolving from novices at the very beginning, they grew into proficient practitioners with solid operational skills and a grounded work ethic, successfully applying academic knowledge to real-world practice.
Food testing underpins food safety and public well‑being. Every sampling mission, every set of test data and every issued report carry professional accountability and industry responsibility. This training not only improved students’ practical skills, but also helped them gain in‑depth understanding of the food sector’s professional ethos: rigorous pragmatism, pursuit of excellence and down‑to‑earth dedication.
The training has an end, yet growth continues. This short corporate placement marks a fresh starting‑point for students’ professional development.
